We had seen the good reviews, discovered they had a vegan menu, and even tried to turn up as walk-in 's after a day out on the reef but couldn 't get in. That 's all usually a good sign... We made a booking, turned up and had dinner. With the wee bottle of oil and balsamic on the table we 'd hoped it might be quite European where they bring a little complimentary basket of bread too the table while you consider the menu. They do not. The entree (mushrooms and spuds) was ok, but way too hot and quite under seasoned. We 'd asked for the main (the sardegna pizza) to be called away once the entree was cleared, so we didn 't end up with a cold, soggy pizza. Two thirds through the entree the pizza...
There are so many Google reviews, and I have to say that the service at check-in was incredibly rude and arrogant. When we approached the host, the person in charge turned their back on us and walked away. They then asked if we had a reservation, and when I said we didn't, they immediately disregarded us and asked the next group if they had a booking. When they confirmed they did, we were completely ignored—no “please wait while we serve these guests." Just a dismissive silence that felt very outdated. I understand that times are tough since COVID-19, but reading other reviews, I see we're not the only ones to experience this. Honestly, with that kind of attitude, it's hard to feel motivated...
I was very excited to get an authentic italian, but honest was quite disappointed by our meals. the cinque terre vegan pizza was very delicious, but had a quite basic set of toppings. the calzone vegan was pretty bad to be honest. the filling of boiled veg (very bland boiled carrot and carrot) and in really small amounts, I was really disappointed with my meal, the broth was delicious and that is it. the price was at $26 for 80% brot 20% boiled veg. sad will not be here again.
They offer a separate vegan menu, and everything we tried was both delicious and beautifully presented. We also ordered the garlic focaccia as an appetizer, but we were too hungry to take a photo! For our main courses, we had the Umbria pizza and gnocchi al pomodoro, both of which were absolutely delightful. The pizza was topped with mushrooms and just the right amount of truffle paste, creating a perfectly balanced flavor. I highly recommend this place!

We really appreciated that this restaurant had a separate vegan menu it's rare to see that at an Italian restaurant. The food tasted really good we ordered a puttanesca pizza and stuffed olives. The olives were a small portion for the price, but something we're glad we tried. Food came out really quick too. Updated from previous review on 2022 06 25
This young team does a fantastic job with their food and offers a dedicated vegan menu full of options. I previously tried the delicious Beetroot Gnocchi, but today I opted for the calzone, which was excellent. While it's not the cheapest place around, the quality of the food, along with the great location and variety, makes it worth it.
If you're looking for a vegan meal, this place might be a safe choice. However, I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. The prices are too high for what you get. The calzone had boiled ingredients and the vegan cheese wasn't melted. Also, the potatoes were undercooked, which was disappointing for me!
I’m one of those people that loves hot pizza. They were serving a table of 6 people so maybe that was why food was not hot. My entrée was similar. This was an ok experience, nice location, good company and they had chilli oil.

Basic. But yum. Small portions. Entree was so yummy we had the bruschetta. So convenient having a vegan menu. Always appreciate this. Updated from previous review on 2022 03 05
