One of the best Caesar Salads we have ever eaten. The greens were fresh and crisp, the dressing very creamy and delicious. One of the best! We shared a Vito’s Special Pizza. The pizza was served hot, and the combination of meat and veggies delicious. The pizza was large enough to share, and we left with a box containing three pieces. The service was great. Our server bought hot bread, oil and vinegar, and water just as we were getting settled at our table. A lovely, casual dining experience.
We had the worst customer service. We got our drinks 25 minutes after we sat down. Our food never actually arrived. We watched three other tables get served and they all arrived after we ordered. Our server was scrambling and we caught her not telling us the truth twice. We also witness another table not getting their food. We were so disappointed and will not go back.
Major difficulty was upon arrival. We gave our name and reservation time and then watched as three different employees all tried speaking with a disgruntled patron as more people came in the front door and waited. There are ways to work with the unhappy while still keeping the flow going so as not to add to the list of the unhappy.
We normally enjoy Vito’s before going to the Fox. We had a reservation but we weren’t seated until 30 minutes after our reservation and they actually seated a party before us who had a reservation after us and arrived after us. My colleague and I dined here on a week night. It wasn’t too busy. The food was above average for this category of Italian restaurant. The service was excellent. I had a pizza , thin crust with ham and sausage. Pricing was reasonable. We will go back in the future
We love going to Vito's before any of the shows at the Fox Theater. It's very convenient to park by Vito's on the street then walk to the show and then back afterwards. We love the food there and have never been disappointed!
Service and food were excellent. It did get really crowded about 5:30 pm, which slowed things down a little with our dessert. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We loved the tutto mare and the spaghetti carbonara.
Had to wait a bit even with a reservation; food was overcooked, not worth the money . They get such a big crowd from the Fox Powell should be better prepared . Reserva una mesa ahora
The best sicilian style pizza. No Lambrusco to go with it. Room for improvement on desserts. Salad portions could be larger. Overall a good quality and value.
