Ok let's start with this, we always go to viva burrito Saturdays and Sundays my husband buy around 5 burritos every weekend at irvington and Campbell, 2 of those times I buy chicken enchiladas, and they just give me a 2 roll up tortillas with enchilada sauce and cheese but no chicken, sometimes we ask for one kind of burrito and we get a diferent kind, ,and we said, its ok we understand that sometimes they are training a new employe ,but today my husband whent to buy 2 burritos for him and my son, when he got home he find out it's was only one burrito, he whent back and complained to the viva burrito cashier, at first she agreed to make another burrito for him, and she whent back and come ba...

Employees were rude and racist. They could be overheard through the window asking if the customer (my mother and I) were white, (I’m bi racial) they upcharged us and didn’t include the red salsa I love so much. really sad .

Their menu pictures is a scam… don’t order based on what you seeing on the menu.. you will be disappointed
