Please keep in mind that we came in 1/2 hr before closing that being said I was prepared for limited variety. I am reviewing the first impression and taste; again, this is my opinion. Staff took a phone call right before the transaction and made me wait almost 10 min. But before ordering didn’t let me know that they are only accepting Zelle or PayPal. Then there was an issue with Zelle, shows the staff and says this is your fault this has never happened to her before, (app said the small business wasn’t taking debit card payments). I said okayyy let me try again it said the same thing, said to call the bank to finish the transaction (bank was closed it was 7 pm). I haven't tried the cupcakes myself (this isn't like a traditional bakery where theres always pastries or cupcakes on hand, I do believe you have to order ahead of time) but gosh do I love their ice cream and churros! I recently introduced this place to my boyfriend and his favorite so far has been the milkshakes, his go to flavor is horchata. I recently tried the Duvalin ice cream, and I swear I have not tasted anything more beautiful i loved duvalin candies growing up, and they couldn't have emulated the taste in ice cream form any better. The ice cream was pretty good; it actually had the flavor of cajeta. However, the horchata cupcake was undercooked. It had a really unpleasant smell and was about the size of a shot glass. Given the price, I expected it to be larger. It's strange because they don't have the cupcakes on display like other places do.

I don't usually like eating at these desert type places but this place would be my go-to. They've got it all from cupcakes to ice cream to cakes and churros. Different varieties and all authentic and homemade. If you love sweets, you should give it a try. Even the owner has a some sweet enthusiasm about his work.
Delicious cupcakes (and ice creams) made in-house with genuine flavors that truly educate your palate. You can really taste the effort and dedication that goes into each treat. If the food itself isn’t enough to bring you here, supporting local craftsmanship definitely should be!
Everything here is really good, but I gave this place three stars because I don't understand why they only sell cupcakes three out of seven days a week! Isn’t the name "Viva los Cupcakes" supposed to reflect their focus on cupcakes? I just don’t get it...!!!!???
The cupcakes here are delicious!!!!! I got the chocolate tres leches (nom!!! , the churro one, and the champurrado one which tasted a bit like spice cake. I only had their cupcakes but they were amazing and I will definitely be back.

I had the churro cupcake and Duvalin ice cream. They were both amazing! My kids loved the ice cream too! The flavors are authentic and the cupcakes are so moist. I'll definitely be coming back to try other flavors.
I love this place!!! The staff are amazing and soo friendly! The have the best churros drinks!
