Vivi Pho is easily the gem of this neighborhood. The food is always delicious and so reasonable priced. Staff is always so welcoming and give great service. Takeout and dine in is great. I always get the Vivi Special for two. It's such a fun experience, especially with someone who hasn't had Vietnamese food before. Can easily feed two and I've also shared it between 4.
