I ordered a cake from VOLAND for my daughter's birthday. The saleswoman didn't point out to me that they only make mousse cakes with Styrofoam, and didn't say a word to the customer about the foreign object in the cake. When I spoke to the manager, I told him to point out to the customer that in addition to the mousse, it also contains Styrofoam. The store manager then accused me of being unhappy with the cake they made. Never again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. I've waited a month for an apology and still haven't received one.

After a few visits, I wanted to find out whether it was just me being treated unkindly or whether this was a well-known topic. Lo and behold, it's a familiar topic. The baked goods are great, so I can overlook the unfriendly employees (two people so far) and get two stars instead of just one... This problem should be addressed. With such a large selection of baked goods, as a salesperson you have to wait a little while until the customer has decided. The world won't end there.

Price remains the same with new self-service. Incredibly expensive. For a milk alternative, soy milk, 1 CHF will be charged in addition to the expensive coffee price in 2023. Edit 08/21/23: After reading the workzeitung.ch article and realizing that the owner is an SVP member, nothing surprises me anymore.

Solid bakery with fine little things, pieces of cake, flat cakes, etc. They also offer ice cream, although the quality here varies greatly. Especially with vanilla, I had encountered very grainy (almost sandy), definitely not creamy batches with little taste. Reserva una mesa ahora
