I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, and the food has generally been good, with decent drinks as well. However, today was a different experience. Before I could even reach the menu, a staff member approached me with an iPad to take my order. Not being a regular, I didn’t know what to choose and couldn’t see the menu. When I mentioned that I needed to see the menu to make a decision, she suggested I look it up on my phone in the drive-thru. That moment was incredibly awkward for me, and ultimately, I decided to leave and find another place. I recently ordered a blended drink and, to be honest, it was one of the worst I've had in a long time. The flavor was reminiscent of chemicals, and it was extremely bitter, leaving a terrible aftertaste. I've tried this drink at various coffee shops before and they’ve all been delightful, so this could either be an issue with the coffee itself or its preparation. This establishment used to serve fantastic drinks, but the quality seems to have significantly declined. On a positive note, the atmosphere inside the coffee shop is great for studying or catching up with friends. I just wish the drink quality matched the environment. I'm really uncertain if I’ll return or not.

This is my neighborhood coffee shop, and I find myself here almost every day, savoring my cup of coffee. The staff is fantastic—friendly and attentive. While orders can sometimes take a bit longer than at other places, they always get it right. They also make many of their ingredients from scratch, like the caramel, for instance.

This used to be one of my go-to places for coffee and snacks but due to my last experience I will not be returning. We ordered 2 drinks with oat milk and both drinks we received were dairy. One drink tasted so horrible we couldn't even drink it. Wish I would've tasted the drinks before I left a 20% tip Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm not usually a morning latte person, but I do appreciate good coffee. In my opinion, this place serves the best coffee on South Hill. Plus, the staff is adorable with their dimples! My personal favorite is the peanut butter mocha frappe.

The baristas were great and the atmosphere was nice, the coffee just had the worst burnt taste that we've had at any of the coffee shops in town. We're willing to try it again in the future but this was not promising.

Nice seating areas to have conversations and informal meetings! Friendly staff with a no-frills menu. This is the cute little coffee spot you've been looking for.
