visit the restaurant vrindavan during our last tour to Australia. it was a group booking and restaurant had managed it very well. only care was of place, restaurant tables chairs arrangement is for large group slightly clogged eating taste is amazing, especially the non-veg dishes. my personal favorite was served triple combo ice (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry). also vegetarian food has a lot of variety and great taste. additional point for friendly staff (beautiful nepali girl sry missed her name. comment when they know. she was very helpful and friendly, catering food on all tables. especially like to appreciate their helping nature towards seniors...read more

The portion of food from this place is so bad. $19.50 for butter chicken is served in a really small clay pot. Other items are also served in a small pot, the price is not worth for the amount of food that you get. My naan wasn’t even that great, also the basket that they placed my naan in looked like it hasn’t been washed and scrubbed for many years. I know they placed paper to separate it from my naan but my naan was touching old crumbs and mould !! Uncleaned utensils that touch food to serve your customers says A LOT about the restaurants hygiene and their effort for food. Check my photo and spot the old pieces of crumbs that are wedged in the basket.

when visiting the star casino we found the vrindavan restaurant. the place was completely dead at 21 o'clock on a Friday night when they ask if they were serving thali that late, the waiter said they can not share a thali. we have not prepared for it. no water, salt pepper and no cutlery provided. had to ask each time. bad coworkers etiquette bad customer service that was eating in order, but we stormed out of the restaurant asap.
