Unfortunately, there were items missing from our Vulcano Pizza order, and the delivery driver refused to retrieve the missing items. Again, we tried to contact the restaurant, but received no response. We then reached out to Menulog for a refund, which took forever because they were unable to get in touch with the restaurant. Vulcano Pizza refused to offer a refund or compensate for the missing items. I spoke directly with someone at the restaurant after hearing their decision, and they questioned why I waited three weeks to reach out. Horrible service and horrible customer support. We had tried to order two pizzas and a drink from the pizza place, it came two hours late. We were unable to make contact with the restaurant at all throughout the night so we had no idea that the pizza was going to come so late.When it finally did arrive they were cold and was missing the drink. The delivery man was extremely rude and unhelpful.We requested a refund from the store as that seemed appropriate for the poor food quality and service (let alone missing drink). They have refused to give us a refund, when discussing the matter their yelling and name calling could be heard in the background, as well as hanging up.Still waiting for our...

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5. The Supreme Pizza was bursting with flavor and the Marinara was a delightful seafood experience. Both dishes are highly recommended. The service was equally outstanding, with prompt delivery and attention to detail. The atmosphere, though enjoyed at home, reflected the restaurant's inviting character. I had an exceptional experience with the customer service here. I requested a random side dish for my child that wasn’t on the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The pizza was good; while the crust wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, all the ingredients tasted fresh. I would definitely return to sample the pasta! wow really great pizza. tried vulcano pizzeria for the first time tonight, although we live near. really enjoyed the marinara and volcano and volcano lives up to its name! pizzas arrived 5 minutes before promised time and the driver was polite and friendly. there is nothing of this high quality anywhere near, can not wait to taste their other pizzas
Some of the best pizza around. I personally don't like their garlic bread as it's a hard bread roll cut in half with chunky garlic butter but that's a preference as it still tastes good. Their meat lovers is a favourite and tastes delicious. I highly recommend Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
