The restaurant was really good overall, but there were some loud people at the bar. Some of the savory dishes could have used more seasoning according to myself and my friends. I would have preferred less seafood, but that was my fault for not reading the menu properly. I will definitely be coming back to try other themes. I was disappointed to miss out on the make-your-own panna cotta. I hope it returns. I would like to see more non-carb savory items on the menu as there was a lot of bread and pastry.
The high tea experience was truly outstanding in every way. The attention to detail was charming, with information provided on each item's composition, source, and materials used. The only downside was the seating arrangement, as it required guests to bend down to reach their food. It would have been better to have tables at the same level for a more comfortable dining experience.
The Easter high tea was delightful. The selection of sweet and savory treats was excellent and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, anything with bread was a bit stale. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was great. I had been informed it was $70 per person but was actually charged $80 per person.
The staff here, on Easter Sunday, were all **** fantastic. We were treated like kings, especially my little boy. Wow what an absolute treat for him. Food was great too. Would highly recommend and will be back at some point too. Thank you very much guys

Really disappointing. Service was terrible, staff often forgetting drink orders. Food was pretty but tasted revolting. The area you have the tea is in the foyer and has terrible ambience with hotel guests walking through constantly.
Wow the Easter high tea was amazing!!! Every bite of every different food was mind blowing! The taste and creative appearance of each cake/ savoury was beautifully presented!!
The high tea experience at Heaven X is superb. The service and atmosphere are excellent - I highly recommend it.
We so enjoyed the high tea at the W Brisbane. The food was wonderful and the entire experience delightful.
