My friend and I are both local business owners. We have eaten here many times together and with other friends. The service has been between cold and friendly, depending on the occasion. Today was a different experience. The waitress was not rude but didn 't communicate well. She didn 't ask questions, but rather made statements. I paid close attention to what she said because of this style of communication. Ultimately, The wrong order was brought to my friend. It was brought by the female owner. Food is fantastic, service is terrible. The younger waitress is fine but the older one is a grouch. She's always miserable when we go there and today was no different. Told my pregnant wife (who needs hydration that she couldn't bring in her drink to the restaurant, even though we've literally done this multiple times, we will not be going back. Better to go to the one in Pinetop lakeside, service is much better there and food is just as good. Until that lady gets her act together and realizes she is in customer service industry and that she needs to be more kind to her customers, we will not be back. What a waste of our time and money. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we decided to try a new sushi place. It was just like gas station sushi with bistro prices. Luckily, we didn't get sick. That is worth the one star. Our sushi was so badly put together, I wonder if the chef is experiencing a dark time or something. So, we got disappointment for our 30th anniversary. Give this place an award for being the worst sushi I have ever had, because I like to eat sushi in every state of America since 2001. Close second worst is in North Carolina, if they are even still open. New rule: No new places on special days.
I ordered online from this restaurant, and their website indicated they were open. However, I received a call informing me that they are closed every day from 3 to 4 PM. When I mentioned that I would like to cancel my order, I was told that they couldn’t do that because they don't manage their own website. I was given the option to pick up my order an hour later or cancel it through the website, but there was no cancellation option available. Fortunately, I had chosen the "pay at store" option. Overall, I found their business operations and customer service to be quite disappointing.

The cashew chicken was the best I've ever tasted. It was loaded with cashews and made with very fresh ingredients. The cooking was perfectly done, just the right level of tenderness. I'll definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area.
I just picked up some takeout from this restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. As for wheelchair accessibility, there are no curbs, and there are designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities.

Excellent. Really top notch Asian food. Ginger scallion chicken, general tso chicken, szechuan beef all great. Pork dumplings tasty.
