This place is dirty and one of the booth seats is ripped. The bathroom is nasty with sticky floors and full of graffiti. The toilet seat is all scratched up with graffiti. When you come here at off hours the workers are on their phones. Or they go hide in the back. When I came here and ordered I thought all the bowls came with veggies, but they don't. The cashiers should really tell you that. Why is the menu so confusing? The veggies were old and soggy. The meat portions are small. Why don't they sell pork meat here as an option? I know this is a Waba Grill not a steak house or a diner, but there is room for improvement.
Don't go to this place. You have a guy who cuts meat that's rude and runs away and says it's not his job when I asked for a lid for my cup. The checkout was busy with the lady, but the third guy was just rude and it was more than once. I'll be here in the morning and you can say this place has a gas leak. This place has good employees, but managers or companies need to check this place, also the local fire brigade will let know about the gas smell because it is bad. I found out the manager band used to fix the problem.
Honestly hard to believe that this place is rated so low on Yelp.... The restaurant felt very clean and the food was decent. We got the waba and vegetable/chicken rice bowls. Nothing fancy but definitely a lighter meal. The beef was a bit too salty; otherwise, the food tasted fine. Something to point out are the signs on the wall that emphasize the healthiness of the meal options. Not sure how that's defined from the restaurant's perspective but it's worth elaborating to get the point across to the customer.
We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we arrived in this superb place which friends recommended to us. We passed a lovely time there with high-qulity food and a professional stuff and a great cook. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall surely come back soon. Highly recommended.

So came in yesterday and got me another meal all I had to come back to say is thank you Christian for compensating me for the dumplings they forgot on Sunday . Much appreciated nonetheless customer service here from all is always great .

Came in today and got a chicken bowl with brown rice. Awesome customer service and a great hot meal. The bowl is filling and delicious.

I have been to many locations, this one is no good. Chicken is left out and dry. The fruit looked rotten. Drive to another location
