It took me three tries to write this review. The manager, Ashley, was very rude and unhelpful. I don’t understand why cooking dumplings was such an issue for her. She kept saying, “We only have 5 links,” but she needs to do her job. Another employee, who was very kind, told me to order online because they couldn’t turn the order off. I placed my order for pickup and didn’t expect to wait, but I ended up sitting there anyway. Ashley even had the nerve to ask if I was waiting for an order, and when I said yes, she told me, “Sorry, we don’t have any orders to pick up.” I tried to show her the order confirmation on my phone to clear things up, but she didn’t even bother to look at it. I eat here all the time when in the area and never had a serious complaint or issue but the other day I ordered a beef plate with avocado and white rice, but what I received was brown rice, no avocado as well as a not so fresh orange and no dressingon the salad. When called they said they would credit me a bowl (not a plate) the next time I came in which I was fine with butwhen I came in they said we can 't give you a bowl but we can give you some avocado, like why would I drive back up for avocado?The cook seemed as if he didn 't care as I explained and personally I don 't get confrontational with the ones handling my food asit would give me a uncomfortable feeling after receiving it. DO NOT EAT HERE. I only got food here because I was staying at a nearby hotel and had no other options. Absolutely terrible. Rice was not fresh. Was hard and dry and was either poorly warmed up from being refrigerated or was sitting out at ambient tempfor hours. Kimchi ...I have no words. Avoid it at all costs. It 's not kimchi. Even as an abstract interpretation, youcouldn 't even call it that. It was Edamame and cucumbers in sweet chili sauce. The side salad I got was made at least a dayago. Cucumbers were slimy, tasted awful, the lettuce was rotten on the bottom of the bowl. This place does not deserve the onestar I had no choice but to give it. Utter waste of money.

The rice was stale—hard and dry, probably reheated poorly or left out for hours. The kimchi was unrecognizable; it was nothing like real kimchi. Even as an abstract take, it didn’t hold up. It was just edamame and cucumbers in sweet chili sauce. The side salad I got was at least a day old; the cucumbers were slimy, and there was rotten salad at the bottom of the bowl. The menu overall was disappointing, and this place doesn’t even deserve the one star I reluctantly gave it. A total waste of money.
My experience at Waba Grill was disappointing. The service was poor, and the manager was noticeably rude. The food portions were smaller than expected, which was frustrating. The restaurant appeared unclean, especially the front doors, which looked neglected. I left feeling worried about the overall hygiene.
We enjoy to go out. Last night we found this fine place which friends told us about. We spent a beautiful experience there with exceptional cooking and an efficient stuff and an impressive chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we shall definitely come back very soon. We deeply recommend.

Terrible service. Rude manager. The food is measured in small portions. Might as well weight it out. Also it?s dirty. The front doors Disgusting seem that no one cleans. I hope I don?t get sick from here.
Last year it was messing, dirty and smoky. Now look clean and the kitchen too. Now look lot better for know.
