Excellent customer service and food was prepared well. Only complaint I have with this visit is your cashier is usually the first point of contact. Please teach them how to greet your customer put his cellphone down for a moment and return hello whensomeone says hello to him. Also when giving change back don't dig through your drawer and find the most ratted out dollar, heshould have never taken and give to the next customer. I told him to take it back and just keep it as a tip. Thumbs down ????for the non trained cashier.

I asked for no sauce because I'm allergic to soy. They weren't busy when I came in. Not like they were overwhelmed with work. They poured sauce all over my food anyways. Can't eat this. Bothers me when people can't follow simple instructions.

The staff is more interested in huging and talking to each other than making food. At 730. Food came at 815. Did you order a waba veggie dish? No compensation offered. Rice tastes strong and rough?.

Not a bad Waba grill. They are kind of slow and will take awhile to get your food. Everyone who works here is friendly enough. Just don't come here if you need to leave in under 20 minutes. Reserva una mesa ahora

The customer service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding as well. I especially appreciated the sweet girl named Emely, who really made the experience wonderful.

I ordered from them through Uber Eats. First, I received the wrong order instead of my Miso Soup dumplings. Then, I found hair in my steak and chicken veggie bowl.

First time in the area and I found this place so disgusting, it was beyond dirty and the staff were unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone eat here ever.
