The atmosphere was unprofessional; the staff was even shouting inappropriate language. The girl who handed me my order acknowledged that she heard me repeat my order three times and promised to resolve the issue. However, she then asked me to pay extra to correct it, which I refused because it wasn't my mistake. Frustrated, I decided I didn’t want anything anymore. I had paid with a card, and she assured me that the money would be refunded soon. However, as of today, April 27, 2022, I still haven't received my money back. It's now April 29, 2022, and there’s still no sign of my refund. It’s been a week, and I’m extremely disappointed.

I had a terrible experience at Waba. I visited the restaurant on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 4 a.m., and there were around eight employees working. Despite me repeating my order three times to make sure it was correct, the person taking my order still messed it up. When my name was called, I ended up with four bowls instead of the four plates I had ordered. It felt like there was a shift change taking place, with the staff shouting at one another. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Is the AC broken? Door is propped open and it felt musty inside. I also don?t like flies with my food? I?m sure it comes from management but the workers act like extra sauce comes out of their paycheck .. they partially fill the cup so I asked for anextra cup of sauce and they pushed back said there?s sauce in the bowl. I get home and it?s dryer than their service. Foodquality is good though, I might be back if the other local stores are busy.

The play was nice and peaceful. Went for lunch with my Director of operations and our HR and I can say it was very enjoyable. Clean on the outside better in the inside . All the condiments are neat and we'll kept. The waba sauce is Delicious. One of the best Waba Grills I've been to. Reserva una mesa ahora

They give you a phone for curbside pick up, but they make you go inside to pay, i realize that after 20 min waiting for food when i called back they say i get my food when i pay inside with attitude. Ridiculous!!!. I was missing items my on order. Overall bad service.

The food was good but they had two different prices for one item and of course charged me the higher price and the cashier was quite rude.

I went in maybe 30-40 mins before closing and workers were bothered, I get home and my chicken is raw and chewy as hell. Never going back.

I Got 40 dumplings (curbside pickup). I didnt get the sauce or chopstick ? I know they are busy but no sauce for the dumplings?? ? Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was quick and friendly! The food was fantastic. I ordered the chicken and the steak veggie bowl.
