I have gone couple times and I always get my orders wrong, it?s good on the receipt but they give me missing items or wrong items every time. Food is really good can?t complain but why do I have to get my orders wrong. I called spoke David he said nexttime you come back we will replace your bowl and took my information. 5 days later I go and I was told I wasn?t on the list.Michelle told me she couldn?t do much because I didn?t have the receipt in the moment and I only had 24 hours to go back which Iwasn?t told. The staff at this location really need to improve their customer service skills. They are consistently rude when we place our orders at the drive-thru—no greetings or simple courtesies like "thank you," just a lot of attitude. While I was trying to place my order, one of the employees spoke over me, missed what I was saying, and then had the audacity to tell me how I should be ordering. The food is tasty, but it's not worth the poor service. I’d much prefer to visit the other location at the Renaissance Center.

Been coming here for some years now, it seems like every time we eat inside everything is fine but when getting food from the drive thru something is definitely not. One time it tasted like soap and today the salad had a long hair in it and a small curly one on the rim of the plate. Currently pregnant and now this ruined my day ? was reading on the comments and some very old ones talk about finding long hair in the food too ? Reserva una mesa ahora

I found hair in two separate bowls during my visit, and I definitely won't be coming back. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else; it's quite disgusting. For two different bowls to have this issue, it’s clear that someone needs to investigate what's going on in the kitchen. Just to clarify, even though this review is posted today, I hesitated to write it because my visit was a few days ago.

This is the worst waba grill location to go to. I?ve gone this place 3 times in the last month and ALWAYS had to go back because they forgot part of my order. Then they get rude and defensive when you complain. Will definitely be going else where next time. The workers are too rude for my liking! In response to the owner, I sent that email and got no response.

I ordered the veggie tofu bowl and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I'll definitely be coming here more often for lunch! Reserva una mesa ahora
