The service was incredibly poor; it seemed like the employees were uninterested in their jobs and indifferent to the customers. I waited at the front counter to place my order but was ignored for quite some time even though the shop was empty. The service was OK I guess even though the girl who took my order forgot to hand me my cup for my soda even when I certainly back and ask for it a few minutes later she had forgotten she charged me for a soda and ask for my recipe bothered me alot... When to get the onions for my food and found a tray with onions that hadn't been chopped right and the chicken berly had any sauce it was really dry not coming back again very unsatisfied although it was really clean and was greeted when walking in may they just need to work on their peeping skills
He ordered a bowl today. Employees were obviously not in a very good mood. It has brought to the quality of food. Was basically served dog food. Meat roch funky and gave us false orders (not a big deal only got Veggies if I didn't want any). The meat sat well there and was completely dry. Spit it out after some chewing. What happened to old management? They used to be so nice. I guess the new management came in and messed up everything.
Tried to order food here, there was only two other customers before me. I didn 't get to the register yet when the cashier walked away to start making orders. I get there was only two people but at least ACKNOWLEDGE the customer! A simple I 'll be right with you would have been enough. I was standing there for 5-10 minutes when I just walked away and left. There was no point in waiting. First and last time coming to this location.

I visited Waba Grill as a local who frequently dines out at various places. I spent around $30 on two bowls and two drinks. When I requested hot sauce, the cashier informed me that I had to pay for it. Seriously? I understand the economy is tough, but your prices are already high enough to include a couple of packets of hot sauce. This feels pretty greedy. I think I'll just stick with Yoshinoya down the street.
This WaBa Grill location is not as great as the others.The food was okay (rice was kind of old) but the service wasn't very good. The cashier was rude and aggressive because I asked for more salad instead of fruit. Also this location only has paper bags to take salad bar items home which made a huge mess instead of the standard little zip locks.
I really love Waba Grill, but I'm giving it a one-star rating because they advertise as being open 24 hours. I arrived at 10:15 PM, and even though the workers were still inside, they told me, "Sorry, we are closed." Are you serious? They should at least update the hours on their website.
First time to any WaBa grill resto so we tried this location! Customer service was great, place looks clean, plenty parking spots, no waiting in the line but food wise were so so and the salmon portion they gave were kinda small conpare to their prices! Taste wise were also not as good.

I ordered a Waba bowl with vegetables but specifically requested no cabbage. Unfortunately, my meal came with cabbage, along with two carrots and two pieces of broccoli. The meat had a rubbery texture and was overly seasoned.
Waba Grill is now charging $0.30 for each hot sauce packet. If they continue to be that stingy, I won't be returning to enjoy their menu again.
