Finding parking here was quite a challenge. I finally managed to park on the street and walked in, only to discover that the inside is quite small. Unlike other locations, they actually ask you if you want onions in your food instead of having them readily available for you to take. I also noticed that their sauce containers are significantly smaller compared to other locations. I'm not sure if this place is always busy or if I just arrived during peak hours, but there was a line. I visited this restaurant on July 28 and discovered that the staff had forgotten to put my items in my pocket when I left. I asked for a refund to my card for these items, but both the staff and management refused to process it, despite acknowledging their mistake. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
At Waba Grill, I tried a salmon dish that included avocados and chopped spring onions, accompanied by five dumplings on the side. The menu offers a great variety, and this meal was both fresh and flavorful.
Can you please lower the volume of the Mexican music and promote diversity? This is supposed to be a Japanese fast food restaurant, but it didn't feel like it when I entered.

Very good food. The manager is extremely polite and friendly. Only things I found bad was the men?s bathroom and parking. All in all a very good place to get a nice bite!
I have been going there for over five years. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and it’s healthy too. You really can't beat that!
