The service was extremely slow. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and I noticed there were only three employees working. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but during the lunch rush, it's unacceptable to be so understaffed. That time spent waiting ruined my lunch. I was also really frustrated when they skipped my order number from 37 to 42, even though there were five people who ordered before others, who then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes while they served others first. When I brought this up to the manager, she just replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, I put the orders away thinking you had already received your food." I won't be coming back here again.
Waba Grill was clean, and the staff were very courteous. While the food took some time to prepare, I valued that each dish was freshly made to order. The menu offered delicious options that truly satisfied my taste buds!
I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, but when I walked in, I was told that they were closed. Meanwhile, the front door was unlocked. It seems that the employees were clocking out before the official closing time.
I truly enjoy Waba Grill; it’s a healthy and light option, ideal for both lunch and dinner. The grilled chicken and steak are tender and flavorful. During my most recent visit, I chose a chicken bowl.

Little girl who working in register have really bad service..1 star is alot for her. Sorry but She shouldn't be there for work for other employees.
It's really good! The place was clean, and the staff were decent. They just forgot my avocado, though.
The food is similar to a higher-quality Yoshinoya—slightly on the expensive side but still enjoyable.
