Stopped by for lunch to order 2 bowls, very bad customer service skills, not a hello, or we'll be right with you, sorry for the delay...nothing. waited and waited for a while more customers arrived, they didn't get approached. The cashier was very rude to the cooks, she was saying bad words to them in Spanish. Very un professional. Then finally got to order, got my food, then I was waiting for her to ask her for extra, onions, sauces, etc. She said that's your order, I said I know but can I please have sauces and extra onions. She had a fit. You need someone who is smiling, with a great personality and great customer service skills.
11/7/22 Very small portion of food in general, not even enough for ladies. My sister and mom went there for lunch, got a chicken, beef bowl. Food amount was so small so they have to try more desserts after that. Also there's no side dishes, likechopped carrots, Jalapenos that were used to be in the past. Paid almost $26($13 each) and got this quantity, quality of food isso disappointing. Waba is not the one it used to be anymore.
Let me tell you that I totally agree with other reviews, their customer service is awful! They made a mistake on my plate and I only received bad attitude of this two ladies like it was my fault. Not mention I did receive less than a thank you. As much as the food is good I don't think I will come back to this location.
