The staff was rude. When I walked up I asked him if was he open. He rudely responded, yes. I waited at least 5 min before he came inside and took my order. Mind you now, it was 2 am and no one was in there. He acted like he did want to be there ????. If you don't like your job just QUIT and get another job. There's no reason to be rude if this is your job.
This waffle house has a truly one-of-a-kind layout. They seemed a bit understaffed with just four employees for the volume of customers they were managing, which led to longer wait times for table cleaning and service. However, the food was the same wonderful, consistent, and affordable quality I’ve come to love.
The food and the service was great. What was even better was when my wife thought she left some important documents in her booth. The manager Mesha and her staff went above and beyond to see observing the video if we left them there. As it turns out she did not leave them there. Great place!!
The customer service Ora was not pleasant at all. Hey I understand you are not going to be feeling cheerful all the time but at least show some welcome maybe I came on the wrong day or this is just the way this person is and that's cool too we don't know what people are going through Reserva una mesa ahora
Never go to this location, we order a waffle first n dark coffee, they bring regular coffee ? . They brought the food uncooked. The omelette and the eggs for the other plate are RAW. They never bring the waffle. And we pay for the foodwhat we don?t eat! ???? 11/29. 9:45pm
This is a good Waffle House location, right off Decatur Square. They have fast service and consistently good food. I think this is one of the best Waffle Houses in the Atlanta area. It's a fast, easy place to get breakfast of late-night food.
Today wasn’t the best experience. There were five employees trying to manage three tables and two customers at the counter, but they seemed more like they were standing around rather than serving. It led to a lot of confusion all around.

We loved eating at this location! It was not crowded and we didn't have to wait to be seated or to order. Our server, Jas, was awesome! The food was delicious ????
