I understand that running a restaurant can be challenging, especially during tough times. However, I was disappointed by my recent experience. I waited 25 minutes in the store while no phone orders were being taken, which I didn’t mind. What frustrated me was seeing other customers seated at booths, taking their orders and having them submitted, while I continued to wait patiently. After 35 minutes of this, I decided to leave because it seemed like they were only attending to dine-in customers. It felt a bit unfair and rude. I visited the restaurant on the night of September 28th, around midnight. To be fair, there were only a few patrons, but the place was in a terrible state. All the tables were overflowing with trash, and there were people waiting to pay. The cook was doing his best under the circumstances, and I think he deserves a raise. The restaurant definitely needs to hire more staff; this situation is simply unacceptable for anyone. Service: Dine in; Meal type: Other.

I've tried calling this restaurant for takeout numerous times since it opened, but they never answer the phone. It feels intentional. I’ve decided that I will not be returning. No one wants to wait around when they’re not dining in.

The Waffle House in Helena is absolutely amazing! My server was incredibly sweet and provided top-notch service, and the food was some of the best I've ever had at Waffle House! I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!
