Thank God for the Waffle House. You know they're the only restaurant open in a hurricane? If they're not open, you better take cover. You can also measure the severity of a storm on your menu. It was an emergency menu on 9\29\22, how Hurricane Ian boiled (which is limited but very appreciated). I wasn't the only one without power. Thanksable to the crew, they had to work tirelessly and coughed some food tired for the storm. Large round applause for Lumsden Ave Waffle House Management and Staff!! Thank you!

Waited for 15 minutes to place a to-go order. I got to the front of the line to order only to be told to move aside to let other people cash out. I understand they are busy, but to be put behind everyone to simply cash out is horrible service. Definitely will not come back to this location!

You lose an enormous amount of business by not allowing people to pick up and pick up. You make the same amount of money for people who order the takeover as you do on people sitting in your restaurant. You basically treat half of your customers as you do not give a darn about them

The staff was quick to delete a table and get our order even though it was so busy. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted, just like we wanted and always asked if we wanted something else. Delicious food, just as good as ever.
