Hi, My friend and I was coming thru from New Orleans on 04/22/2018 from a Marine Corps Reunion and stopped in to get something to eat. When entering we never got a greeting from anyone, so once we washed our hands in the restroom we had to find a seat that wasn't dirty which in turn we didn't. Every booth was dirty and the servers were all behind the counter walking right past us without trying to assist us in getting a table. We proceeded to sit at the counter which had about 5 dirty plates still there waiting to be cleaned, so 6 minutes have went by when a man entered the establishment and sat down next to me. The server knew him and went over and asked what he wanted , and took his order....
When it comes to the food, I would give it a 3 out of 5. Although the dishes were decent, they didn’t particularly impress me. However, I do recommend trying the Hashbrowns and the Texas Patty Melt with Hashbrowns if you decide to go.
On the bright side, the service was outstanding and deserves a 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, which definitely enhanced my dining experience.
On the downside, the atmosphere did not live up to my expectations, earning only a 2 out of 5. The ambiance felt somewhat lacking and could use some improvements to become more inviting.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a Waffle House. I've been in town for a week and have eaten here three times, and each time the service has been terrible. During my last visit, I had to sit at a dirty table, my drink arrived only after my food, and I noticed that others who sat down after me received their meals first. If I find myself working in this area again, I won’t be coming back. The servers are very inattentive and seem to lack concern for their customers. I do not recommend this Waffle House at all.
On a Sunday night in the heart of summer, the restaurant was bustling with activity, with around 10 to 15 staff members attending to a few tables. The food arrived promptly and met my expectations. The server even inquired if I wanted a fresh waffle just in case the first one was overcooked. I can imagine that on busier nights, service might slow down, but overall, I had a satisfying meal for just $10, which included a pecan waffle, toast, grits, eggs, ham, and orange juice. I left feeling quite pleased.

Got the all star special eggs were good bacon was nice grits were grits toast was toast but my friend ordered waffles and Eggs some how she got waffle and grits with a cold cheese slice wasnt even melted lots of cussing by one gentleman was probably just having a off day you know but they do have some people who care
Why in the hell do you let someone order something off of your menu, then bring it out half-assed and say you're out of the ingredients??? No chili?? No gravy??? No thank you.

The food was decent, but the service was very rude. They really need to work on being a bit more polite.
For the first time in a while I experienced good service. I got the burger it was good.
