Extreme Rude Service, I understand that you work hard and probably tired, but it doesn't need anything to be nice. Absolutely dirty compared to other Waffle Houses (and that should say something). There were DOZENS of cigarettes and other questionable rolls on the bricks through the front doors. Eat on the ground inside, puddles of questionable liquids. I don't expect white tablecloths, but that's just a security risk. They are always underused, and there is a leak that 't has been fixed so that all countertops are closed. Dinning room floor dirty and grimey looking. This was at 8:30am on a Monday. Waffle almost uncooked, I get that speed is their thing but very few customers so it could have used more time cooking. Why so much oil on over medium eggs?? Ordered a waffle and one egg with coffee. $9.25. Order came with 2 eggs and waitress said it's the same price. But I ordered one egg and she could have told me when I ordered. Paint on the bathroom doors literally peeling off in pieces. Just seemed like no maintenance has been done at this store. Could they buy a thinner napkin? One other thing was the coffee was lukewarm and so was the refill.
Oh let me tell you I just about had a come apart; no other guests in restaurant, ok, we parked so we could watch car, get to front door ALL the staff was at front door smoking,, ok, not a greeting from any, not a hey be right with you, instead um Never have known a waffle house across the country to not be self seating and we were told (mind you ONLY CUSTOMERS) We couldn't sit anywhere but the counter. Nope we left and went a block away enjoyed tremendously the other place. Should been a warning that a wafflehouse was empty something was wrong.
Not all Waffle Houses are created equal and this one is one of the best I've been too. It's an awesome experience from the Welcome when you walk in to the perfectly cooked food! Eggs nicely done and perfect crips hasbrowns and bacon!! Don't forget the Biscuit which is toasted on the flat top!!! Nice touch.

*I am an employee of this store* This location is under new management, so if you had a previous poor experience- please give it another chance. All stores have areas for improvement but the new manager is working to make sure things are cleaner and flow smoother than before.
Many restaurants have lost their way due to the COVID situation, but this place remains relaxed and cozy. The food was served quickly and was spot on. Our server was the best I've encountered and genuinely cared about our experience. I will definitely return!
We've visited this location multiple times lately, and it always exceeds our expectations! Every employee we've encountered has a positive attitude, and the managers are both kind and professional. If only all Waffle Houses could be like this one!
I had a meal there last night, and both Mitch and Brandon, who were working, were great guys to chat with while I waited for my order. The meal was excellent as well!

The food was just as I like cooked too perfection. My family enjoyed. The workers was funny and on top of things.
I had a great time. I really wish Waffle House would update its menu to reflect what it was like before COVID.
