This particular Waffle House is like the other four Waffle Houses in the area, with a supposed 24-hour policy that can be misleading. If you try to visit a Waffle House in Duluth or Lawrenceville on a Sunday morning at 6:00 am, you will be disappointed. There is either no service or rude employees. If you want service on a Sunday morning in these areas, you should go at 8:00 or 9:00 am. However, be prepared to wait for about an hour or two to receive your food due to long queues. It is suggested that they either close the Waffle Houses or better equip them to handle 24-hour service. They should communicate better with customers by updating their website to show when they are closed for shift...
If it wasn't for the delicious food, I would have left. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited 35 minutes for someone to take my order. I saw multiple people waiting at the other end of the counter and getting served before me. When I finally got the attention of a worker, they said someone else would help me. I asked a different lady for assistance and she said it wasn't her job. There were 9 people working, but I couldn't find anyone to assist me. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location because the customer service is a 1 out of 10.
Just left this place. I walked in around 2:30 pm. There was a young black guy at the counter who watched when I walked in. He did some stuff at the counter then told a young woman sitting at the counter, to give a woman his number.I continued to wait but I was still not served.If you check your camera footage, you’ll see it all.I’ll never return. This particular branch was my first visit and they have lost my business.Why do you hire workers who bring your business such negative reviews and bad reputation? Maybe it’s worth it to you
It was 2 o'clock on a Tuesday night when I walked into the Waffle House. There were only 2 employees and 8 customers inside. I was informed that they were closing early due to a shortage of staff. In all my years of dining at the Waffle House, I have never seen it so understaffed. The 18-year-old server seemed overwhelmed, but she was the only one working that night. Came in one night and it was a large group of people it was only two guys on duty they handled everything so fast and smoothly they made my order so good I tipped and order more to go I really appreciate how they both changed their gloves after each encounter I knew I was in good hands because that's very important in the food industry thanks guys
