Recently went to Waffle House, waited for 40 minutes before I got up and asked if your food was being prepared. It wasn 't busy at all, but when I ask if our food was cooking the waitress had an attitude and kicked us out for being rude . Her excuse for her behavior was she work all day. Unacceptable and will never return to this Waffle House. My recommendation is to dive a few miles up the road to Travelers Rest and eat at a cleaner, and friendlier Waffle House.
Usually our choice waffle house to go to, but just got asked to leave because we wondered how much longer the food would be. We waited 40 minutes before we even asked how much longer, the waitress said we were rude for asking and she wasn't dealing with rude customers. The cook kindly answered our question, but the waitress came over to the table, berated us and said she's been working since 7am and if we don't like it we can leave.
The workers at location #1725 at 8006 White Horse Road are so kind and sweet. Harley was our server and went the extra mile to split up our bill in the way we needed. Grace even brought us a special menu so we could figure out what each person needed to pay. Trey was our cook and the food was great. We went at almost midnight and the workers were still smiley and kind!
Walked in, and every table was dirty, sat at our table for a couple of minutes before the waitress came out, and she announced that she was going to wipe down other tables. 1st our table was nasty, and I asked her politely to wipe it down first twice and she said I could leave so we didwill not be going back there again Reserva una mesa ahora
I want to vote Harley for employee of the year for 2023 or 2024. He always greets me with a presence that makes me feel welcome and like I belong here. With exuberance, with unabashed hospitality. He makes me feel like I have to come in or I would miss out. I appreciate his service every time.
