I was sitting down at the Waffle House in Ashland va and I seen a young BLK girl that works there dig in your nose .I was disgusted when I seen her do that I reported to the manager. I ask him what did he do about it he said he told her to wash her hands but that was a lie. I said no you need to make her wash her hands . I didn’t witness her washing her hands but please check the cameras this is nasty and I didn’t make this up. This was around 1:45 pm today 2/25 /24 . I hope someone does something about this like corporate thanks
The restaurant was unclean upon our arrival, and we were informed that we would have to wait 20 minutes to be served. The waitress was arguing with her colleagues, the food we received was cold, and my son's waffle was forgotten. Additionally, there was no offer of coffee refills.
They are not open 24 hours and they don’t take any orders after 3:30 AM. We drove all the way here because their sign said they were open, and now I feel disappointed.
I absolutely love Waffle HouseThe staff was very courteous The prices are dirt cheap The food is always hot and quick.

The restaurant wasn't clean, and I noticed the server vaping right next to the cook while he was working at the grill!
Cook and waiter were great, a few dunks and an almost fight but it was midnight and the staff handled it well.
Very good experience! Super friendly staff and the food was fast and delicious. Very recommended!!
