My sister-in-law ordered a sandwich plate, but only received the sandwich. When I inquired about it, the server acted surprised and said, “Oh, you wanted the plate?” It wasn’t clear that the order was only for a sandwich. It seemed that the staff was struggling to find their rhythm, as their communication appeared somewhat disjointed. I visited the restaurant at 2:40 AM to order 20 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches along with 20 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches for my hungry drivers at Southern Glazer’s Wine Spirits, in honor of driver appreciation week. The restaurant was bustling, but the chef managed everything exceptionally well. However, I was quite let down by the cashier's attitude. If I hadn't been so hungry, I might have said something about it, but I'm glad I kept quiet. Overall, they did a fantastic job; they just need to work on their customer service. You never know what someone might be going through!
