Waffle Magic - Reservar una mesa

A little on the expensive side compared to other bobas but it’s tasty so that’s good my daughter loves coming here even thou it’s a little drive for us definitely recommend this place ! Only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because they charge 8 -9$ just for a boba (yes ! One boba drink when most people usually charge around 5-6 and it’s just as good. We only get the waffle from there and that’s a lil over priced as well but it’s the only one that’s good compared to others near by in deer park Long Island ..but ye the waffles is good we tried other foods from there and it’s not the best we’ll not to our standards.

Whoever is that blond “emo” girl that thinks she can dress is RUDE!! I walk in and she's turns some of the lights off so i ask “are you guys closing?” and she says with attitude “yeah in literally one minute, if you look on google it says so” BUT IT LITERALLY SAID 10:30 and i walked in at 9:55. so i said that and she rolls her eyes and says “no it says 10pm.” And i’sensually very nice and understanding but the attitude she gave was so unnecessary, especially her rolling her eyes several times at me and other customers. I never leave reviews but she was insanely rude and I hope she gets fired!!

Terrible customer service. When told the total, i handed the lady at the counter my card and she asked if I had cash. I didn't, then she proceeded to charge my card more than she first told me. Then she immediately left the counter without giving me spoons or a straw. After waiting a few minutes I just reached behind and took them myself. Won't go back there.

Came here for their adversities breakfast items. Most of their menu items are “old” menu items and they no longer make it. Yet their are still hung up and advertised around the restaurant. I paid 10 dollars for a fake waffle with fruit on it. There is no hot food here, this is a desert place only

Terrible service hung up on me 6 times before I got there. Just wanted to know if they had a flavor and they hung up and left me on hold for too long! Got there and still didn’t answer any questions no thank you or hospitality! Toppings are stale too! Go anywhere else!

Special Waffles were good! Very light and crispy waffles. Boba was good but lil on the expensive side. Service was blunt. Paid cash. Recommend as a dessert after dinner.

We just happened to find this place and it was amazing. Very clean, great staff, and amazing waffles!!! We will be back.

Staff extremely pleasant!! Food was Amazingly delicious!! Make sure you leave enough room for Dessert!!
