We did try getting in here last Saturday, but the queue was out on the pavement and after waiting a few minutes a very apologetic member of staff came out and said it was likely to be 35 to 40 minutes, so we ending up at Five Guys Peterborough instead. Although it was disappointing we didn't get in, the queue speaks for itself, the food is superb! We visited this Saturday a bit later (18:45) and we were greeted immediately and shown to a table. We were primarily looked after by Nathan and he is a credit to the Company, he couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. Very hit and miss. Had good service and good food and also bad service and bad food. Most of the time it’s okay but the staff kind of let it down. Nice atmosphere inside. Worth a visit if you’ve not booked anywhere but expect a small wait as there’s usually a queue outside. Asked for a large cappuccino and received a stone cold coffee about the size of the green tea. Unsure how that’s a large.
The food tastes amazing, can't knock the quality and the portions. Service was friendly and the price was pretty good also. Meal for 4 with drinks each and a starter came to about £25 each. Would have been 5 stars. However, I wasn't a fan of the seating layout. Long tables with other dinners meant conversions with our party were difficult as you felt like you had to raise your voice.
Had brunch with friends. The staff were accommodating and friendly. It did not took too long for us to receive our meal. I ordered a tantamen beef ramen and it was savoury. Well, my expectation was met to say the least. The ambience was great in the restaurant, though understandably crowded given the time of our visit.

We had a lovely lunch here. Love the choice of noodles based dishes, nice lighting and informal seating. Waiting staff were friendly and there when just when needed, taking our orders promptly. The food arrived in good time (not sure how long- too busy chatting) and was delicious . We will be returning
Great first visit for lunch (and on hottest day of the year so far). As we were newbies to Wagamama, a big thank you to Beatriz for guiding us through the menu. Also to the lady working alongside her, who took photos for us. Really enjoyed the food, enough to want to go back again.
Got a takeaway and it was just awful. Gyoza was just burnt, ramen noodles were just a mush and no flavour in the soup stock. The only nice thing was grilled chicken.
We went for a family meal at Wagamamas. The children loved the mini katsu curry (3 and 5 year olds). Staff were really friendly and quick at serving food.
