Came here with friends, haven 't been to a wagamama in a while as I don 't think they 're terribly good value for money but do love the food so gave in for a treat.Had to wait a while for a table even though there were a few ready, I think they were understaffed personally.Everything was really well cooked and tasty, arrived hot, though as the food still arrives 'as and when ' there 's no excuse for it not to.Waitress was attentive although certainly seemed hurried, not towards us, but she was certainly dashing around more than earning her money.One thing I noticed, whilst I like ambience, it was positively dim in the restaurant, luckily I knew what I was eating otherwise it could be guess w...
I love the katsu curry at Wagamama but I don’t love the cost. The portion size is too small, as was my starter which was duck wraps but was tiny. My main was half a plate filled with a few salad leaves, a very small breaded chicken breast, some rice and sauce. Overall quite disappointing but it is a lovely flavour. The restaurant is trendy but I think will be short lived if they don’t address the charges for their food. There are other places to dine and they are likely to be my preference in the future.
We came here before off to the Mayflower theatre as knew we’d get served promptly and we did. Unfortunately for this restaurant they had not had a large delivery so half the menu obliterated! But they had a sign up, staff all very knowledgeable about the items not available as helpful as they could be in the situation. We ate the prawn pad Thai SO tasty, both had super clean plates! Love their version of this dish. So 5 stars for handling their predicament so well still serving us tasty food quickly!
The title says it all really. Each time we go and eat here, we are not disappointed. The food is fresh and served by really nice staff with a smile! Friendly and professional waiting staff who care about what they do! The kitchen staff obviously enjoy and care about what they do too, as they produce well presented quality dishes.If there was one thing I would change, it would be for them to get better fridges for the wine, which is not chilled properly. The beers are, but not the wine.

We had a great meal having gone early on a Saturday night. However, by the time is got to ordering a second drink and desert it too absolutely ages! The queue waiting for a table was growing but the staff did not seem to be coordinated and they ran out of glasses!
As chains go, this is an all time favourite. It’s quick and easy for a quality meal with lots of vegan options. The staff will happily alter the recipes too.

So this is my first ever experience of eating in a Wagamama. Now maybe my expectations were high, but I seriously don’t get the hype
