Disappointing visit to Wagamama. Our food came and we waited ages for our drinks. I asked and then had to wait to ask for a green tea refill as there was no staff around. My main came before my starter, which I know often happens in Wagamama. But I could see my bang bang cauliflower sitting on the counter for a good five minutes before anyone brought it over so it was luke warm. My last few visits to different Wagamamas have all been the same, good food, poor service. Drinks should come out asap, not ages after food arrives. The couple sitting to my right waited ages for a Miso soup! I know it's a Saturday, but the branch wasn't too busy. Staff could be seen over in the Uber Eats area, just...
We ordered a Deliveroo Wagamama for Dinner on Sunday 20th June. It was so disappointing. Granted the starters of Ebi Katsu and Tama Squid was lovely. However the mains (Chilli Sirloin Steak Chicken Ramen) was BLAND. The Steak was overdone and tough.. The...soup had no taste and the entire meal was lacking. We were so looking forward to our meal. We were so disappointed. Wagamama you can do better :
I came to eat at 9:30. it closed at 10 o'clock, they said I was eating well. No one came to serve me, and I was there to wait 15 minutes. just because it's almost closed doesn't mean I should be ignored. mine. hits came cold and my steak was done, it should be rare and it was so hard. this is really annoying as this is not a cheaper place to eat it was really not worth visiting
Come here twice times a week to eat, love the service. Foods always TT, service is banging. Their chilli squids absolutely phenomenal. Love to Kacper my fav staff member there too, always greets us with a smile

my partner and I had so much time to eat delicious food in wagamama. the waiters and waiters were very friendly. well done! many thanks that they go anya in customer service beyond and beyond.
Great atmosphere and excellent service. Unfortunately, they were out of ramen when we visited, but we enjoyed a selection of soba noodles and skewers. Highly recommended.
no problem normally but with the same order we have decided in the regular tge cook to make both meal so hot. that it is impossible to eat. what a shame
delicious food, pleasant service, I recommend a very nice and assistant waiter named Kacper with glasses who served us today

What can be said about Wagamama that hasn't already been said about every branch in every town and city across the country.
I often visit this restaurant in different cities but this particular one gave me the best experience ever
