Will not return. Drinks order missed so watched people around us get served, no apology from waitress, just said bar was busy, the restaurant was not busy and manager confirmed order was forgotten/missed. Food orders were also being delivered to other tables that arrived after us and when ours did arrive after about 40 mins it was luke warm. Taken away and replaced. Manager said “ I have taken the initial items off bill so you will only be charged for the new ones” I should hope so, why would I pay for cold food! 2 drinks given free in exchange for slow service, cold food and a long wait. Maybe take more care of your customers in your restaurant as it seemed more focus was on just eat orders...
I visited this restaurant during my lunch break and I have to say, the service I received was excellent. The staff member who served me was efficient, fast, and friendly. He made my dining experience very pleasant, and the person who handled my payment, Silva, was also friendly and efficient. The food was quickly prepared and delicious; I ordered the sweetsegyoza, huhn and ingwer udon noodles, and finished with the smoked chocolate cake with ice cream. The dessert was exceptionally pleasant and highly recommended. I was placed in a secluded corner at the back of the restaurant despite having mobility issues. Most of the food arrived after a reasonable wait, but one main dish had to be requested after noticing that others who had ordered after us were already served. The food was served cold, although the manager claimed it had not been waiting for a long time. Interestingly, it was ready immediately after I asked for it. The manager also insisted that the dish was supposed to be cold, despite my previous experience with it. I found his explanation to be condescending and unnecessary. I still had to pay the full price for a subpar dish. It was clear that the manager had an attitude problem.
I went to this restaurant for my birthday and our waiter, a friendly guy named Mo, provided exceptional service. He was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even surprised me with a complimentary piece of cake. Mo is one of the nicest individuals and it is clear that he truly enjoys his job. I could not have asked for a better dining experience.

Food was amazing, both of us had ramen. The service was outstanding from Shane, thank you. My daughter has several food allergies and my order was taken by an allocated allergy server Rob. This was cooked by a chef allocated to allergies really reassuring to have so much care taken for dietary allergies. Will definitely recommend and we will be back again soon. Thank you
The food and service at the restaurant were both excellent, but I was disappointed because the main dish I ordered was delicious but not filling. After finishing my meal, I had to go to another fast food place to eat more food. I hope that next time I visit, I receive a larger portion.
This was my first time trying Wagamamas and I found it to be very delicious. However, I felt that the menu options were a bit limited. Despite that, the dish I ordered was delicious and the service was speedy even though the restaurant was busy.
Will always recommend Trinity Wagamamas. As someone with complex allergies, they always do their best to make sure my experience is no different to anyone else’s. Friend staff, amazing management and amazing food!
