This restaurant boasts an excellent menu and talented chefs, making it a dog-friendly haven with a fantastic atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and competitive, and the dining experience is simply delightful! The staff are friendly, the furnishings are appealing, and there's a great selection of drinks. There’s ample parking available both out front and on the next street. It’s a beautiful natural setting for a meal, comparable to Michelin standards but without the exorbitant prices. It serves as the perfect spot to relax, be yourself, and enjoy a wonderful meal. These young chefs and hospitality workers seem to have mastered the art of service and dining; it’s truly perfection!
We stayed here last weekend for a night during our trip south, and it was the perfect choice! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our dinners at the pub and the full English breakfast were absolutely delicious. The hotel is located in a peaceful countryside setting, surrounded by fields. Our room was warm, cozy, and comfortable. We hope to return soon!
Fantastic pub! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff, and I truly enjoyed the conversation throughout the weekend. I highly recommend visiting, especially if you have the opportunity to attend an event at the Sand Hole Oak Scheune.
Friendly staff, great service and food too. Stopped for a few nights for a wedding being held locally and enjoyed my stay there felt very welcomed by all the staff throughout my stay.

Lovely pub with extensive dining facilities. The steak and ale pie was delicious. B and B and also camping facilities. Lots of places to go walking . Appley country park not far away.
great place to stay. we were so welcome. the personal was amazing as eating. I wish we could have stayed longer. in any case they recommend a stay here.
