Ich hatte mich richtig auf mein Essen gefreut. Jetzt in der Weihnachtszeit, Gänsekeule... Doch ich wurde enttäuscht. Selten habe ich so schlecht gegessen. Fleisch war Babynahrung. Haus war ein glibriges etwas. Rotkohl kein Geschmack und Babynahrung. Soße aus der Tüte, einfach nur schrecklich. Knödel hätte ich gegen die Wand schmeißen können wären bestimmt zurück gekommen. 2-3 mm weich dann alles fest muss richtig fest mit Messer drücken um den Knödel zu teilen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Von Preis- Leistung möchte ich an dieser Stelle gar nicht mehr sprechen. Mit viel Sarkasmus würde ich dann lachen. Auch die anderen Gericht die am Tisch serviert wurden einfach nur ein Katastrophe. We were there on the second Christmas day, in the evening, for dinner. It was good. Had a table reserved long before what was good because it was very full. But it was enough staff and the service was good, the food was great, we had both Filet Steak. Can only be recommended. If we're back close, we'll be back. The only small point of criticism, but not responsible for it, is that many people don't look more than something special on Christmas and dress up something more fitting, but rather look more like when they just left the couch, and to the staff they could also be more beautiful.
Auch wenn man es in Walbeck allgemein als „Steakhaus“ kennt, bevorzuge ich die klassischen Balkangerichte und das erstklassige Zigeunerschnitzel. Die Preise sind angemessen, das Personal freundlich. Manko: allzu durstig sollte man nicht sein. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Restaurants hört man ein „Darf es noch etwas zu trinken sein?“ hier traditionell eher selten. Wer noch ein zweites Getränk zum Essen oder danach möchte, braucht nachhaltige Eigeninitiative. Die Wartezeiten auf’s Essen fallen gelegentlich etwas länger aus.

Eher zufällig hier für ein leckeres Spargelgericht mit einem guten Steak eingekehrt. Sehr nett bedient worden im Aussenbereich vor dem Lokal. Das Salatbuffet ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. empfehlenswert!
