The room was in a very bad condition: faucet in mini sink loose, soap dish broken off in the shower, tile color leaves everywhere, balcony with weeds growing and completely opaque, danger of injury by protruding screws on the bed's vat, moldy orange on the breakfast buffet, dead flies on the window board, water damage visible everywhere on walls and carpets, not recommended at all!
Hotel ideally located 1.6 km) for the walking tour of the fabulous site of the Externsteine. An absolute balance in the heart of the forest massif. Establishment with delicious retro charm. Home of the most sympathetic, although unprovided, without prior reservation. Great breakfast and meals! An address to be retained and recommended without reservation.
We were in there by chance, we were hungry. And thirsty. The ambience already somewhat older, but beautiful and also thirsty, authentic atmosphere. Magnificent. Eating Drinks have no desires left open, hot, tasty and a portion from which a walking man is fed. The 5th star gives it to the most cordial and dedicated host people, we felt so beautiful.
I can't understand some reviews. It was NOT moldy, there were NO TOTEN FLIEGEN anywhere, the food is great. Perhaps the hotel has come a bit in the years anyway it is worth it. I didn't think I had to get the drinks myself out of the fridge. Among other things, I sat alone in front of the hotel with my partner in the evening. There was no operation. Breakfast was fine, but the rooms have come in the years. There I don't spend a holiday again
A very nicely located hiking hotel. The owner is a very sympathetic and friendly person. We are happy to come here . The breakfast buffet is also recommended. The food is also prepared as desired.
