We had dinner for two on Wednesday. The food was very good, starting with the potato soup and ending with a veal cordon bleu or cheese spaetzle. The waitress, an older lady, was very friendly, looked after us well, came to us several times and checked to see if we needed anything else, was highly recommended. However, it should be noted that you can only pay in cash; I would like to have the option to pay by card. All in all, we had a good time and would come back at any time or recommend the restaurant. We were there with a big wedding party. Food and service were top. Special requests (vegan) were received. The children were taken care of and were able to play undisturbed on the outdoor grounds and race. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. It is always an experience to dine in the forest restaurant. The cuisine has been at a very high level since the beginning. The beef fillet tips stroganoff were an experience last night. The food was good. What I liked at the service the children were asked for drinks and meal first. They got their food first. Kid friendliness: Very nice and accommodating. A little dessert.
