the master tower is located at the rande of hofheim im taunus, in the middle of the forest, only residents and employees can drive to the tower by car. for all others it means: car turn and approx. 1 km uphill. sounds exhausting, but it's worth it. a few meters from the restaurant is a chapel, from there they have a beautiful view of frankfurt and the Rhine/Main area. they are worth it alone. but back to the place: one is greeted by a great sign with a striking botanical: they have reached their destination. behind it is a large beer garden and a small children's playground. the actually local, on the other side, looks quite small, but very cozy. a fireplace in the middle of the dining room...
we were very well served friendly, unre trout was super and affordable. we had made a tour for our hikers, good steeper way was good to run. now a problem, for us 5 feet sick elderly people they could drive the car to restaurant. we are 25 people and we want to look at these 5. we would drive them up and take the car back to the kapellenstr. there is a possibility. many thanks to R.Markloff
A great restaurant perfect for a trip. Sitting outside in the forest garden or in the restaurant a cozy ambience There is a playground for children. The staff is very sweet and attentive. Guests are welcome at the Master Tower. Delicious food, great salads and cakes

I don't know how the stars come to their 4.5s, I never eat so badly. it is nothing fresh only tk was all very sweet. not even seasoned with salt and pepper. is not worth the fussmarsch.
Sunday lunch, super place in cozy Bavarian chalet get, operation super friendly, map and prices full ok.... can only say, come very happy again:
