Waldpension Jägerstüberl

Unfortunately very inflexible when it comes to changing dishes, in the end the cheese spaetzle were covered more with cream than with cheese and didn't have much taste, salt etc. was missing at the table. We waited more than 1 hour for our food. The older waitress wasn't really friendly and we didn't feel like we were treated well either. Ambience could be much better, seemed quite old-fashioned and not nice at the table (no candles, flowers, etc. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant.

We spent two very nice days in the Waldpension Jägerstüberl. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was rich and the food in the restaurant was simply excellent. The quiet location in the forest offers perfect conditions to switch off and enjoy nature. We can recommend the Waldpension Jägerstüberl to anyone who is looking for relaxation and a pleasant stay.

Very nice guesthouse with a pleasant room, delicious breakfast and dinner, and a friendly welcome by the hostess. Price/quality is excellent, and booking directly via the website was easy. There is a thermal bath in Bad Griesbach. However, we went to the spa in Bad Birnbach, where we spent an enjoyable day in the many baths and saunas.

I can't rate the room, it was only there for eating. Service could be a little more flexible and quicker. Food was okay, too many dishes to choose from, desserts not so much.

Was only there to eat. This is fantastic though. Everything is homemade with love, of good quality and cheap. What more could you want?
