we were for a business dinner with 3 people in steinmeyer. Thursday evening, moderate visit (in the big room). great view of herford; accidentally, there are 2 more walks over the big field in front of the house; you can see that you are close to nature. very positiw I found the attentive service; faster service and also a great quality of food. it thus speaks nothing against another visit

we were often in steinmeyer, only for dinner, but also for family celebrations and weddings. eating is great, looking at herford is fantastic (the restaurant is on a hill above the city) and the owners are very nice people who do everything to make you feel welcome! I can definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone who is in the opposite.

pity! we were so excited about the season's austerity. but the very tasty eating was made by the table reservation in the immediate service area to the large room and that, despite our demand, two distinctly quieter tables remained unoccupied all the time.
