A coupon from Groupon for the Calwer Eck Bräu has lured us into the Buocher forest. The Internet appearance of locals in Buoch is tempting and the Calwer corner in Stuttgart stands for quality. Very nice cozy economy that we have encountered during a hike. We liked the rustic dining room with open fireplace. We were operated with a smile and the drinks were quickly picked up and served. The food had something to wait for, but the muzzles with potato salad were absolutely according to my taste and also the onion roast of my companion was very good in combination with the Spätzle.
My wife and I have let Calwer-Eck of our wedding party rise in the Waldschenke. Thanks to the large terrace there was enough room for all guests (in total 95) and the celebration was great. The staff have made really nice mood, it was super decorated and the food has tasted extremely well. The Waldschenke Calwer-Eck is really one of the best restaurants in the area. Five stars!
Guest-friendly restaurant with nice services and good food. The typical Swabian cuisine is well implemented and the Spätzle have tasted. The portion was huge and was great for the relatively low price! The beer is excellent and the ambience can also be seen. Hopefully the weather will soon be better so you can sit outside!
