Cabbage and potato were delicious snd samboosa and mushrooms were divine! My favorite was surprisingly tofu in coconut sauce and shrimp in tomato sauce it was just the right number of people to create a great vibe. Restaurant owner loves to serve and the hospitality of this place goes a long way. Parking: You can get lucky and find parking right across the restaurant but mostly that’s not the case! If you are looking for something different, this is it. Lots of interesting dishes, both meat and vegi. Love the injera bread. The banana pudding, though not an Ethiopian dish, was very good. Would be nice if they could play some traditional music and improve the atmosphere. Very reasonably and specifically priced . Fun sharing experience. Highly recommend. Okay service but I would have to say the service surpassed the food which is by my rating is on the higher side. We didn’t really enjoy the food as we thought we would, though they were nice people. Gluten free injera and incredible stews/sides! Got take out and ate in the little park right next door, so food was super fresh. Hard to find Ethiopian food in our area of NY, so this was an absolute treat. Felt confident with the kitchen and their GF preparation. Service: Take out
