A beloved classic... The lunch menu was excellent. There were several delicious soups, a variety of salads, fresh sandwiches, and combo options all priced between $10 and $12. They also offered several hot dishes, including the signature shrimp risotto and a catch of the day for those who prefer it. As usual, the service was friendly and efficient, allowing us to be in and out within an hour. Drinks were refilled promptly, and there was news and sports playing at the bar for those interested. Now it's time to figure out what to make for dinner!
A good Garden City stable right down town. Friendly night time bar b4 and after dinner. Menu has lots of variety and food consistently good. They do offer daily specials and outdoor dining in season. Moderately priced lunch and dinner.
I really enjoy this place! My father actually works here as a chef (I believe). I visited for the first time and loved the service I received. I also recommended this place to my fourth-grade teacher. I hope to come back soon!
What a disappointment. The place was dirty, the staff were rude, and it seemed poorly managed. At first, it looked appealing with outdoor seating, so we decided to check it out, but it ended up feeling quite deceptive.
