Walkerville Tavern

Not the Walkerville Tavern anymore. Now called Good Neighbor. Menu was confusing My friend got her meal about a half hour before I did. They bring food out when it is done. I guess that's a good thing but she was done and I hadn't even started. Food is not that great. They also have community tables which means other people can sit with you. This is not bad either but when we were there it wasn't busy and there were plenty of tables to be had and they sat someone with us. Clearly a cost saving measure. Not impressed. I will miss the Tavern.

Hubby and I hadn't been back to The WalkervilleTavern in almost two years, because of our last experience. But, then it changed hands and we thought, what the heck....let's give it another try. It was great! Good food and good service from the owner at that! She and her smiling staff are very caring and conscientious of what they deliver to their customers! We will go back! :

Their slogan Because it 's more fun to eat in a bar than drink in a restaurant is certainly true. Atmosphere is casual and relaxed and the burgers are just so good. I love their noodle dishes as well. Evenings they feature live entertainment. Just an overall fun place to go have a fantastic pub style experience. Highly recommend!

The woman and I came for a quick bite between painting rooms in our new house. The service was so amazing the food so delicious, we wounded on stay for 3 hours. The staff we ingenious, the tavern is small, but cozy, and the atmosphere is exactly what I want in a bar. Very recommended for a visit. taken from my Instagram

I am hopeful that this will trigger a debate, because I love hearing other views, and I love Burger. That was the best I had in Windsor. Period. The owner lets you feel like your family and sincerely wants you to enjoy your visit. This is the best you can hope in hospitality.

A great small-pub feel place with good local craft beers and an interesting Asian menu alongside standard pub fare. One of my favourite places in Walkerville to have a few drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Live music that's never too loud on weekends, too.

Nice little bar. The food was good. The fried Cali was slightly scattered and had a hint of sesame that was different but a beautiful supplement. The beer selection on Tap was local Ontario I like. The Walkerville cedar was great. Good friendly service.

Ordered calamari and the curry with shrimp. Calamari was great. Also carry Walkerville cider on tap, which was delicious. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly visit again if I'm ever I'm Windsor.

Good atmosphere, AWESOME FOOD, even better beer selection! We love our Pete who works at the bar and keeps us coming for more! One downside in the summer, no AC, but we still come anyway, but dressed lightly!

Amazing owner and employee. Great food, great atmosphere. Hoping they reopen in a place that is not owned by Vito, although it will not be the same without Heather
