Walkerville Tavern

Eggs Benedict on stale, untoasted bread. Hashbrowns...should have been called hash-bits. Oh, and a slice of grapefruit for garnish. 12.95 for this? Three of us left for 43.90 plus tip. Absolutely ridiculous. My gut was telling me it was over-priced. But we were all hungry. This is Windsor, at least for that kind of money we'd get a good portion of food. Wrong! Should have waited for the table at the restaurant across the street. If you're considering this place for breakfast, look elsewhere. If you'd prefer food this bad, find another breakfast joint that will at least give you a decent portion for 12.95 Stay away.

We originally were going to a different place for lunch which happened to be closed. As we walked and enjoyed the warmer temps we saw the garage window rolled up at Walkerville Tavern and I remembered someone telling me how awesome the burgers are here. As we looked over the menu we both decided to have the Wok bowl (I think that was the name?) entrees...plus the lunch portions were $2 off that day. WOW...SO good! We both enjoyed the beer we had that was on tap as recommended by our server. Definitely going to go back and will try the burgers next time. So glad we chose this place last week for lunch.

We love the burgers and fries here! We ate here first last month and keep going back. Love that you build your own burgers. Have seen a stir fry dish come out of the kitchen and it looked fabulous. Great friendly and helpful staff. Probably the best burger I've had in Windsor.Very small inside, so limited number of tables.

Didn't have everything that they offered on their menu available. Service wasn't the best as it was too busy and only one waiter working. The food was ok. And not to mention that my bf got sick s few hours later (assuming that it was from he ate.) I wouldn't go back. They catered to the drinking crowd. Reserva una mesa ahora

We've enjoyed many ways and drinks at the Walkerville Tavern and have always left happy. Service is always great and they're stir frys are the best in the city. Also, make sure to try one if their signature burgers! You will not be disappointed. Great selection from the bar as well!

Stopped in for a burger and chicken sandwich,with a beer and a coke. Large burger well done and a large chicken sandwich. Had a cold bottle of Pilsner and a coke. Nice surroundings sports on tvs. Not the best parking but ok. Would return. Wait staff friendly and fast.

Had dinner at the Walkerville Tavern. A small bar/tavern in Walkerville (Windsor). Certainly not the cheapest or best place in town for great burgers. Very limited menu options and expensive draft beer. Generally, underwhelming and no rush to return.

Food was good. This place was very busy when we went on a Saturday afternoon so the service was a little bit slower. Service was still good but they were busy. Staff were very friendly. The burgers were amazing. Great portion size. Reserva una mesa ahora

Three of us stopped in on a Saturday night after trying the Ottawa street Mardi gras disaster. What a great meal. Burger, chicken club, and noodle dish (spicy as you like it), were all wonderful, with a great server to boot!

I had a salad and my bud had the halibut and chips along with a local brew. The food was good and the service attentive. Of note there were only a couple others in at the same time. No complaints won't hesitate to return.
