Walmart Supercenter

Walmart is my go-to grocery store most of the time since it 's a one-stop shop. They usually have the items I need/want. But my biggest complaint is the term good customer service does not exist for most of the employees, most of the time here! I was given decent customer service maybe a few times total! In their defense, it 's like this everywhere these days. A real shame...

I understand the checkers are being friendly but they stop scanning items to talk with customers for extended periods. They also do not bag properly. Bread should not go I'm with a bag of potatoes and cleaning supplies should not go in food bags. I think Walmart needs to provide them better training because the checkers are always nice and friendly.

Cleanest WalMart, your employee in electronics actually helped us find the phone we were looking for what she didn't know, she called a coworker for advice. I'm not used to all these changes and it's nice to find a valued employee and I wanted to say thank you, wish I knew her name.

Love this Walmart over the one off hiway 70. It's very clean and organized. I do however miss the people to check out customers. Also, I recommend putting an empty cart at the end to load all the items in.

Young lady by the name of Tamika was very helpful and pleasant when I asked for her assistance today. She's such a sweet lady. I visit often and when she's there, she always have a smile on her face.
