Waltham Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I have food allergies and I just called to see what type of Turkey they use (like spicy, oven roasted, honey roasted, etc and the girl over the phone was extremely rude and not helpful and made me sound rediculous for asking that type of question. Thanks for the service : this was on 2/21/24 around 8:45 PM, not sure who was working but was very disappointed. I also started the phone call asking what time they close because I don’t like to order when a restaurant is about to close online it says 11 but she said “uh I don’t know around 10”. All I can say is yikes and this girl must be very unhappy working here…

Placed an order through Grubhub and asked them to text/call when food was delivered (non-contact delivery). An hour goes by and I didn’t receive an update on my order, so I contact Grubhub to get answers, and my order ends up getting cancelled and refunded. A lady from the restaurant then called yelling and demanding their food back (of course I had no idea what she was talking about). Come to find out they had left the food outside of my building for 30 minutes and hadn’t told me anything, nor did they update the order status through Grubhub. Very unprofessional experience.

I ordered some delivery and it was late. When I called, the person who answered was very passive aggressive and rude. They were also unhelpful. When the order arrived much later, it was wrong. The food was decent. I am not trying to be rude, I worked in the service industry for many years and I get that it is hard. With an improvement to customer service and ensuring they get their order right, this place could be pretty good.

Pretty unreliable restaurant, they simply chose to cancel the order 30 minutes after accepting it. You shouldn’t accept the order you can’t fulfill in first place. I am sure this attitude of yours toward your customer would definitely reflect in the quality of food you deliver. Glad you cancelled it. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered pizza and fries delivered to my office. Everything was delivered on time. Ut was really delicious! I especially love the barbecue chicken pizza. It had a great sweet barbecue sauce on it. The cheese pizza really was a higglight for my coworkers. The fries were toasted just right.

they voted me by saying my order will be ready in 30 minutes, 2 minutes later. the staff were very rude and snapped at me when I pointed out that I had been waiting too long. especially the woman with brunette and curly hair. i canceled my order and didn't get my money back , it's fine.

Never wrote a review in my life .2 pizza's a fry and onion rings $53 every bit of it went in the trash. Some of the worst food I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusted. Feel free to contact me ,I'll be more than happy to buy you a cheese pizza and watch you eat it?

I spent $15 on a 10-inch pizza with mushrooms and anchovies. It wasn't real great. In food value it was lousy. I would've been better fed with a $3.59 sandwich from 7-11. Delivery cost me $5 but it was a fiasco: MULTIPLE problems. I nearly went hungry. Reserva una mesa ahora

I called to get a takeout order I was put on hold I sat on hold for 4 minutes before I hung up I could hear people talking and laughing but no one could come to the phone to take my order
