My family and I have been loyal customers of this restaurant for years, but our recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a curry and rice for takeout, but when I got home and opened the bag, I realized they had given me the wrong meal. I went back to the store and the staff member at the counter immediately denied responsibility. After they remade my order, I found the food to be excessively hot and poorly cooked. It didn't even taste like a curry. When I called to inform them of my dissatisfaction, the lady on the phone was dismissive and tried to blame me for the mistake. She initially offered me a store credit, but eventually begrudgingly agreed to refund me for the curry...

I ordered dinner tonight and had a frustrating experience with the person on the phone. They hung up on me the first time, and when I called back, they were rude and abrupt. However, I must say that the steamed dim sims, satay combo with boiled rice was delicious. The stir-fried vegetables were undercooked and unpleasant. If I were to order again, they would not be on my list. The service was takeout and the meal type was dinner. The price per person ranged from A$60-80.

In previous years could always count on a delicious dish and well priced. In the last year has gone dramatically downhill. We have given it a few chances thinking it might be a one-off bad day, but today I've had my usual chicken and veg with rice, the rice is very dry and undercooked, and I've just discovered a hair in my good.
