I came here for the first time with a pickup order. The pickup was 10 minutes faster than quoted on grubhub and it was DELICIOUS. I would highly recommend it. I got the seafood ceviche ramen that time. I went back again recently for dine in and really enjoyed my time there. The service was fast and polite. I got their beef ramen and my friend got their signature ramen, both were delicious. The appetizers are a good size and I would recommend swinging by here.
If I could have 3 items to eat for the last meal of my life, Wanpaku's Vegetarian Miso Ramen would be one of my choices. Drizzle a bit of spicy chili oil and slurp it all up at one of the booths outside. Not sure I'll ever emotionally recover from not living in Brooklyn because of this eatery alone, seriously. It's the bees knees and the server is such a sweetheart too! Bonus: Try their special fries with Japanese mayo and some lychee soda.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with its delicious Japanese cuisine! The beef curry was incredibly rich and packed with flavor, although I would have liked a bit more meat. The ramen was also excellent; we tried the basic flavor, and it was perfect. For an appetizer, the okonomiyaki was tasty as well! I noticed there's a hidden bar in the back that looked pretty cool.
The best shime saba you can get in the whole NYC! Tender, fresh and delicious! I would come again and again for this dish alone. Must try for those who enjoy sashimi and strong tasting fish.Ramen is always tasty and consistent. Traditional is best but the spicy options are also very good. I highly recommend the cold noodles for summer, especially for those who enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen but find it hard to handle a heavy bowl of hot soup in the warmer months. The Tsukemen noodles are a bit saltier than we prefer, but they might be a great option if you like saltier broths. It's also a family-friendly place, suitable for groups of up to six people.
How do you say “delicious” in Japanese? I’m guessing it is “wanpaku”, because this was a wonderful meal. They have a happy hour until 7pm, which is okay, but their regular menu isn’t very expensive so good to come adhere whenever. I had the pork gyoza and a pork based ramen. Come here. It’s great.
Excellent night out here. Restaurant is fairly small but doesn't feel cramped. Prices are fair, and the sake selection is excellent. Nice happy hour too. All our food was top notch, and the staff made the night an easy experience.
A good Japanese restaurant in the area. We had to wait a little when we arrived, but it wasn't too long. The pumpkin appetizer was fantastic, and the main dishes were impressive too. I will definitely return for lunch! Food: 5/5 Reserva una mesa ahora
After stumbling across this place I came here for my first meal out in the new year. I would highly recommend coming here as the Curry was fantastic but man these edamame might have been the best Ive ever had
