The service was absolutely terrible, which completely ruined our meal. To make matters worse, we were required to leave a 20% gratuity for a server who was rude to our group. This gratuity was not mentioned anywhere in the restaurant—neither on the menu nor anywhere else, which is standard practice in most places. When we inquired about it, we were told that it has always been this way, which is clearly not true. The server even had the audacity to claim that "everyone does it." That's simply not the case. I have tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt several visits but they can't seem to deliver on their service or food quality. I sent my cheesesteak sandwich back due to no cheese on the sandwich. After a rather long wait to make my meal satisfactory the waitress doesn't return with my to go box of my unfinished meal; I asked for the food I paid for and the hostess became defensive asked me and partner to leave, I was not leaving without my paid meal. This was our first time dining at Warehouse 319 while visiting our daughter. It will definitely be on our list of restaurants to return to when visiting in the area. Our food selections were simple a chicken salad croissant for my wife and chicken tenders, fries and coleslaw for me. These selections were neither extraordinary nor mundane, but were average for what they were. My apologies for not taking photos before we ate, but from the pictures, you can see we pretty well cleaned our plates. Just popped in to get a hot coco while waiting for the parade. It is an awesome place to come in to unwind. Catch a sports game ,have a beer or tea , get one of the mouth-watering appetizers, and then order you something off the menu. All the food prepared there is scrumptious!!! Load the family up and go check the warehouse 319 out!! This restaurant is a great spot for a hamburger and a salad. It's clean, reasonably priced, and has a friendly local atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
